Tell us about your idea! Whether it’s a favorite hobby, business, memorial, nursery, holiday, or a special theme, we’ll discuss your inspiration and the details that matter most to you.
APPROVAL OF YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN
We’ll create a personalized design concept for your review. Together, we’ll fine-tune every detail until it perfectly captures your vision before any building begins. We reserve the right to decline any project or custom design request that does not align with our artistc style, business values, technical capabilities, or the mission of our company. If a project is declined before work has begun, any deposit paid (if applicable) will be refunded in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
SECURE YOUR ORDER
Once your custom design is approved, you will receive the total cost of your fountain. To begin the handcrafted process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your order, covers the purchase of materials, and reserves your place in our production schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup or delivery.

What types of settings are suitable for your fountains?
Our fountains are designed primarily for indoor use. If you plan to use yours outdoors on a covered patio or porch, please let us know during the design process so we can discuss the best materials and care recommendations. We do not recommend leaving the fountain exposed to rain, long exposure to direct sunlight, or freezing temperatures.
How long does it take to build my fountain?
Most custom fountains are completed within 4–8 weeks after we receive your signed agreement and 50% deposit. Production times may vary depending on material availability and current order volume. Rush orders are available for an additional $45. Please note that design changes requested after construction has begun may delay your completion date and may require additional charges, depending on the extent of the changes.
Are the fountains noisy?
No. Our fountains are designed to produce the gentle, relaxing sound of flowing water. Keeping the water at the proper level helps the pump run quietly.
How do I care for my floating fountain?
Caring for your fountain is simple! Regularly check the water level, clean the fountain to prevent algae buildup. Distilled water is recommended to reduce mineral buildup and keep your fountain looking its best. We provide detailed care instructions with every purchase.
